The project will replace the existing channel with reinforced concrete to improve long-term durability and provide a minor increase in drainage capacity.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\"><span class=\"x_elementtoproof1\">Construction started on Wednesday, February 18, and is expected to last approximately two months, with completion anticipated in late March.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\"><span class=\"x_elementtoproof1\">The drainage improvements will stabilize the existing channel, reduce ongoing erosion, and enhance stormwater conveyance in the area. Upgrading the ditch with reinforced concrete will strengthen the infrastructure and support continued reliability of the County\u2019s stormwater system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\"><span class=\"x_elementtoproof1\"><b><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Traffic Impacts:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\"><span class=\"x_elementtoproof1\">No road closures or detours are anticipated. Drivers should expect slight lane shifts around active construction areas.
