This action keeps the project moving forward and brings El Paso County closer to delivering key infrastructure enhancements.<\/p>\n<p>The Palmer Park Drainage\u00a0Improvements\u00a0Project\u00a0represents\u00a0a forward-looking infrastructure investment that\u00a0enhances\u00a0public safety,\u00a0improves\u00a0access, and supports a more reliable transportation network for El Paso County.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCongressman Jeff Crank continues to prove himself as a strong advocate for El Paso County,\u201d said Carrie Geitner, Chair of the El Paso County Board of Commissioners. \u201cThis project advanced because he knows how to move priorities through the legislative process. His leadership pushed the\u00a0project\u00a0past a critical goalpost, keeping it on track and moving closer to completion. Congressman Crank\u2019s efforts are producing real progress\u2014improving infrastructure, enhancing safety, and delivering meaningful results for our community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am pleased that my office has secured this crucial project to replace the aging storm sewer system along Palmer Park Boulevard in Colorado\u2019s Fifth Congressional District,\u201d said Representative Jeff Crank (CO-05). \u201cI thank El Paso County Commissioner Chair Carrie Geitner for bringing this project forward and working with my office to deliver results for the people of El Paso County.
